there is more than a basic rule , some people are fine , some have a facial sign , some lose control of there leg and a clawed up hand or like me lost feeling to there whole rightside and right side of face like me.

I have been incredibly lucky in terms of stroke if you could call it that as my life and my wife’s life has changed as a result of the stroke. My neck arteries that provide blood to the cerebellum are blocked with plaque (cholesterol) and resulted in a cerebellum stroke.
My stroke was hard to diagnose as it presented as vertigo, even though I had a CAT scan initially. Like you I found the video on sensory overload helpful and was interested in your comment about bracelets on Bigbang. Is the bracelet waterproof as I think I should wear identification about my heath condition when I am out. Also is the bracelet waterproof for example could it tolerate being immersed in water while swimming in a public pool.
