Best Private Rehab Options in Perth, WA

Hello.  I am new to enable me and I am just wondering if there is anybody out there in WA who has had a stroke and could offer me some advice as to the best private rehab facilities in Western Australia.  My mum had a stroke in March and has been (and is still currently) in the State Rehab Centre at Fiona Stanley Hospital.  She had no movement in her left side at all and the team that are looking after mum are now telling us that they believe that she will never regain any function on her left side and that we are not expect that there will be any improvement on her current condition.  As a family we have been most disappointed in this attitude and we refuse to give up and stop her rehab (it has only been 5 months since her stroke).  We have also been most disappointed in the amount of physio and OT that she is getting as generally she would be lucky if she gets 4 hours per week (physio) and only  about 1.5 to 2 hours of OT per week.  We therefore are looking for suggestions of where we might be able to get some really good private rehab and OT for mum in the Perth area.  Although mum's home is in the country (about 4 hours from Perth) we are quite prepared to get mum set up in a house etc in Perth to access the physio & OT that she will need, in the hope that she may regain some movement and mobility.

Any suggestions and help would be most greatly appreciate.
