Hi everyone,

My name is Lucy and I am the trial co-ordinator for a Sleep and Fatigue Treatment Study at the Monash Epworth Rehabilitation Research Centre. Our research project is trialling 2 treatments for improving sleep and fatigue difficulties following stroke - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Health Education Therapy. Participation involves in 8 x 1 hour sessions with a Clinical Neuropsychologist, and 4 visits with a researcher. These sessions can be done in-person or via a video conferencing program (Zoom).

If you have had sleep and fatigue difficulties since your stroke, you may be suitable for our study. We are seeking participants aged between 16-70 who are at least 3 months post-stroke, and who have significant difficulties with sleep and fatigue. We are recruiting nationally in Australia - as we are based in Melbourne, any interstate or rural participants will be more suited to using video conferencing.
