Designing a trial of text messages to provide advice, information and support to prevent depression and promote a healthy lifestyle after stroke
We are looking for stroke survivors who are willing to participate in-group discussions to co-design a trial using text messages to provide advice, information and support to prevent depression and promote a healthy lifestyle after stroke. This research will ensure that the trial using text messages and the content of the messages are in line with your and your caregivers’ needs.
What does participation in this research involve?
Participation in this research will involve a face-to-face meeting with the study investigators and other stroke survivors. You will participate in-group discussions about the design of the trial using text messages, discuss message topics important in your recovery and wellness and draft messages.
There are no costs associated with participating in this research project. You will be reimbursed for your time and travel expenses.
