I hope there are some people interest in sharing there photographs.
Can you be at places you love, show what you're feeling, or about your recovery. Maybe from the shot we create interesting conversations.
This shot is near my favourite river. I haven't been on my bike for a month due to being in hospital. After cardiac arrest was a bastard.
But this photograph makes me feel good and I am alive.
The long weekend started with rain, but you can always find something interesting shots, be it texture, colour, or shapes. Even if it is raining, I have to do my exercise and use my brain - taking photographs.
And, a very early ride this morning.

I had a day at the Central West Brain Injury Action Group yesterday. Great company, a productive meeting then followed by the activity of flower arranging.
So a day spent with not only Stroke Survivors, also people who have experienced acquired brain injury.. There was a young woman attending who I met at a women's retreat I went on with them over 16 years ago. I remembered her and the circumstances surrounding her brain injury. She had recollections of me too.
A wonderful day and this is the photo of finished product from my flower arranging effort 😊

How amazing to meet with her 16 years ago! Also, it is great to see you doing what you are interested in. I would love to do that, but I still have a lot of teaching left inside of me and I had a couple of surprising classes this week, so maybe I can survive as a teacher. Who knows?

The benefit for those who contribute to any of these forum is widespread. I see value in any post here and love the continuing connection of people.
I see that we have some new names popping up here and whether they are survivors, family members , health professionals - we all learn from each others experiences . And we don't know who is looking , waiting for the right moment to add something.
I am happy for you to have had some positive teaching experiences this week. What changed for you ? Both during the class and after ? Is this something you are happy to be a conversation starter for our Weekend Conversation ?
