There are numerous clinical trials being undertaken throughout Australia on post-stroke treatment and rehabilitation techniques. There are 2 sites (that I know of) where you can find a clinical trial that may appeal to you. Feel free to add other links if you are aware of any.

I am interested in Clinical Trials but found the link you supplied did not allow me to navigate presumably to the stroke trials page.

Could you supply more instructions on how to navigate to the correct area of this site.

The stroke foundation site is easy. Just click on which state you want to search.

The ANZCTR is a bit more involved and probably aimed at research type people. There is a participant friendly version here https://www.australianclinicaltrials.gov.au/ Select "Search for a clinical trial" and select the options from the drop down boxes, enter keywords if you have any you want to include.
