Australian human rights commission

I have a conciliation with my superannuation disability claim by the Architect, bit i have to pay my legal Representative.

The system doesn't work for cognitively disabled persons. The Human Rights Commission don't look after the claim they recognise as valid. I can't meet the further request of the insurer for reports, as i don't have any capacity nor means,im on the DSP.

What next, has anyone else got this far?

Have you tried contacting a disability legal service? There are a number of services in each state: Disability Legal Services
