Have your say on the Australian Government Department of Social Services Discussion Paper on ‘The Future of Supported Employment’

The Australian Government is committed to making sure that people with disability have genuine opportunities to work in a wide range of settings, and as part of the 2023-24 Budget the Government announced a package of measures relating to supported employment.

The Department of Social Services has developed the ‘Future of Supported Employment’ discussion paper, which outlines the approach for six initiatives focused on supported employment.

The Department is asking for feedback and comments. You can make a submission through their website, or give your feedback in writing to SEPolicy@dss.gov.au by COB 1 September 2023.
