I am thinking of the year ahead and how I will be stretching myself to be involved in everything I want to , and that's a good thing! So as well as stretching myself to achieve more I have now downloaded an app to do stretching exercises everyday. It probably sounds something normal that a lot of people do , however it's something I haven't done a lot of in recent years.
My balance always puts me off getting into yoga so I am going to make small steps and stretch morning and night. See how that might make a difference.
For me sometimes spontaneous goals work really well. I decided last year to stop drinking coffee one day and I haven't looked back !
So my question is I guess , do people out there find stretching helps ? Does anyone else want to share something they are working towards this year ?
