Hi all,

 

As part of my ongoing rehab, I've challenged myself to doing 100 days of sharing my daily rehab habits on my Instagram account . I'm doing a daily photo and using Instagram stories for more detail, using the hashtag #100daysstrokerehab . Follow me along the way @noracoconutkreme and if you fancy giving it a go, use this hashtag so myself and others can be nosey about your day!

I'd love to support you 100 days idea and see what you are posting. I don't have Instagram on my phone, is there any chance of you posting your photos and descriptions here on EnableMe too?
