The advocacy and activist group which originated in Queensland has now spread its activities to all states and territories, and is in contact with comparable support groups in a number of other countries. Official guardianship is a racket which abuses its victims and exploits, embezzles and defrauds them of their assets. Anyone with a brain injury is a potential victim as every hospital has spotters (often social workers) who dob victims in to the kangaroo court. An enduring power of attorney does not protect you as kangaroo courts invariably over-rule them. It is imperative to know that no civil and administrative tribunal, Adult Guardian or Public Trustee is decent and / or honorable. These entities are criminal organizations whose only interest is misappropriating everything you own. They do not need evidence but will create it if they perceive a need. however no amount of positive evidence is ever sufficient to convince kangaroo courts to give you your life back. We had seven positive reports last time and will have ten plus a hard-hitting barrister next time, and even then we expect to end up in the Court of Appeal. Queensland is the most corrupt state but its only a matter of degree between Queensland and other states because all civil and administrative tribunals were created to destroy the lives of their victims.
