My Book About Stroke Recovery: Life Change - To Hell and Back

Hello everyone,

My name is Marco Calabi and I am a stroke survivor from Italy. Four years ago, I suffered a severe stroke that changed my life completely. After a long and challenging recovery journey, I decided to write a book about my experience to help and inspire other survivors.

My book is called "Life Change: To Hell and Back" and it tells my personal story of surviving a stroke and rebuilding my life. It covers the shock of the initial event, the struggles of rehabilitation, the emotional ups and downs, and the small victories that kept me going.

I wrote this book because I believe that lived experience is incredibly powerful. When I was recovering, I found great comfort in reading about other people's journeys. I hope my story can do the same for someone else.
