Could you please tell me of any research confirming decreased blood circulation after a stroke to the affected limbs?

was 8-years old I suffered an arterocerebal haemorrhage, resulting in a stroke/paralysis my left side, I need to know please of the long-term effects of this stroke oin decreased circulation to my left side
