Thank you for your question about chronic area of ischemia. In general terms chronic means something that is not new, but has been there for some time, and ischemia refers to a lack of blood flow to the area.
In relation to how it links to the MRA results, it is best to talk with your neurologist or GP about the outcome of this scan.
They will be in the best position to give you a more detailed understanding of how these findings relate to you.
