My wife had a stroke. She has shaking and weakness in her hands. I need some information and advice about physio.

Hi I'm new to the site. My wife had a grade 4 basal aneurysm 3 months ago while on a cruise ship and is now in hospital after being 1 week in china and 5 weeks in Hong Kong hospitals for treatment to make her stable enough to fly back home.She is not aware and cannot speak her tracking is sporadic but she seems to know when people are there at times and will at times look in your direction when you call her name. she also tries at time to verbalise but it is not anything intelligible. Her hands and grip where very strong but over the past few weeks I have noticed she has tremors particularly in her right hand which include severe thumb shaking and her grip in this hand is noticeably weaker with shakes when she tried to grip my fingers, than her left hand now. Can any one offer any information or advice as to what might cause this. I have bought it up with the nurses who have failed numerous times to make a note of it. Her doctors and physios say they didn't notice any change. But it is obvious to both me and other family members.
