While in Rehab, the staff there encouraged me to do gym at a reduced tempo and gradually buildup to what you felt was a comfortable level. Love my gym still after nearly 4yrs with a stoke.Keeps me sane and helps with mymobilty. Denis.

I found a personal trainer who was aware of all my symptoms and health post stroke and worked with me. She has been great and always helps me manage my fatgue each week with the exercises we underatke. I have now completed two fitness challenges and am in much better shape than i was pre stroke.
