How do I manage these headaches even though I'm on medications

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing frequent headaches. Have you discussed this with your GP?
It’s important to know what’s causing your headaches so that the right treatment can be found.
Headaches can be a side effect of some medications. This is something that I’d want you to talk to your GP and /or pharmacist about. Your GP can refer you for a medication review, this will give you more information on what you’re taking, how the medication helps prevent a second stroke, and any possible side effects.
