I had a stroke back in Sept '15, spent 2 weeks in hospital and was sent home before any more tests could be done. Since then I refuse to return to that hospital. About 5 to 6 weeks after I started getting fainting episodes and blacking out for average 1 to 2 mins before waking, once I wake I've am feeling nauseated and confused.

My main problem now is that the fainting episodes are getting more averaging 3 times a week, I use to go to the hospital but now I only ever go when I've hurt myself enough to go. I've had head bumps, stitches and brusing just to name a few. I've been referred to both Nero and cardio with at this stage nothing been done. As I said earlier this is going on for over 6 mths. The symstoms I'm getting just before the fainting are Shortness of Breath, Polbertations, Dizziness, and fatique. Aquireding to my Nero I have damage to the right side of my brain from the stroke that very well be affecting my heart. So I had a Loop Recorder implanted in my chest to try and catch anything unusual in the heart rythem, but at this stage hasn't got anything. I also have a recorder that I'm suppose to press if I feel any of my symptoms BUT I am unable to because I faint about 10sec after i feel them. I know my heart rate gets to a very low rate of the lowest so far is 42, but according to my cardio isn't low enough to be caught on the Recorder or for them to do anything. I'm just wondering is there anything that can be done percide wraping myself in cotton wool or locking myself in a room to make me safer before fainting. My next Cardio is in 4 wks and thats far to long for me.
