I had my stroke 4 months ago and came home after 2 months. I was going well with my rehab until I had my first fall. Since then I have lost my confidence. I had been experiencing some tingling in my affected arm as well as shoulder pain. The tingling spread to my foot and face lips and tongue. Last Saturday I had another fall. Since then I am noticing that my left foot is quite numb at times and I am not feeling very stable. I dug out a walking stick but it isn't helping. I am afraid next step is a walking chair. Any advice

I would strongly encourage you to contact emergency services by phoning 000 and asking for an ambulance.

The hospital will need to assess your injuries and determine if these are a result of the fall or if something else has happened.

Please do not hesitate in getting yourself to hospital.
