I have heaviness and aching in both of my arms. Sometimes it radiates into my shoulders. Any ideas on how I can cope with unsettled arms?

Hi,
Sorry to hear about the difficulty you’re having with your arms and shoulders. Have you been to the GP or to a physio for a review? Aching in both arms is a little unusual for stroke. There may be something else going on. In any case it is difficult to advise without being able to assess or without further information. It could be a number of things from joint related, muscular, postural, arthritic etc.
