I would like to know if I should be concerned with weakness right hand.

Just to confirm, did the numbness only begin recently? or was it present at the time of your stroke 3 months ago?

Weakness and /or numbness in the hand can be a sign of stroke.

If you are experiencing new or more severe symptoms since your stroke 3 months ago, I would strongly recommend seeking medical attention immediately.
