Is there anywhere to get good information advice on recovery/prognosis following a sub arachnoid bleed onto the brain stem?

1 ResponsesMy wife suffered a sub arachnoid bleed onto the brain stem at the beginning of March. I understand from all the medical and rehab professionals that this is a very rare event or rare for survival from such an event. However it's so frustrating to have so little information available.
