It's 15 years since my stroke and my left arm still gives me a lot of issues. I don't know where to ask my GP to send me?

I’m sorry to hear about your stroke and the issues that you are having with your left arm.

If you are experiencing issues with moving your arm, you could look into seeing a physiotherapist (PT) and occupational therapist (OT). To access PT/OT, speak with your GP about referral to a community rehabilitation centre or chronic disease management plan (which entitles you to five Medicare subsidised sessions).
