If you’re unhappy with your GP I would suggest you get a second opinion. Unfortunately, we are unable recommend specific medical or health professionals. Have you got a friend or family member who could recommend a good GP? Or perhaps your pharmacist could suggest someone locally?
I wouldn’t have thought an ongoing headache after TIA would be the norm. Fatigue, perhaps. Have you had a CT or MRI scan to rule out a stroke? Are you under stress at the moment? Dehydrated? Started on any new medications that could have side effects?
If you’ve had a small stroke (as opposed to a TIA – there is a difference) and this showed up on a brain scan then yes headache and fatigue could occur. Usually with a TIA you see all symptoms resolve within 24 hours though.
