The tremble and shudder you describe can be due to a few different things – tremor could be one reason (an involuntary contraction that leads to shaking movements in muscles of the body). Tremor can be associated with a number of different neurological conditions, stroke being one. Some people experience worsening tremor when tired, in stressful situations, or in certain postures. Some medications contribute as well. Best to chat to your doctor to work out if the tremble is tremor-related or linked to something else.
