Why am I so exhausted around 3pm to 4pm most days?

I had a mini stroke 12ths ago ....woke up 6am one morning, felt strange within 5 mins all symptoms happened , ambulance got me to hospital, within 1hr was embolised, had cat scans etc....never had a bleed ,but I had high blood pressure....specialists cannot say why it happened to this day...I am on 6 tablets a day....feel terrible, my life not the same anymore. I have just gone to 12 months since my stroke, also why am my muscles and joints aching all the time.
