Here are two comments from Facebook from health professionals re Constant Therapy:
Linda Worrall Some people with aphasia find language apps (like Constant Therapy) helpful to rebuild the components of language (not memory) but generalisation to everyday life continues to be a challenge. Virtual reality games like EVA Park help with that. A recent panthers RCT found computer therapy beneficial for people with aphasia.
Jacqui Wheatcroft As an OT who has worked and reviewed the research evidence in this field it does not support the use of apps for memory rehabilitation ... ie you might get better at the activities in the app but studies have not shown to generalise to being able to recall within everyday activities.
