Carer-supported home exercise program to improve exercise participation for people after stroke
Researchers at the University of Tasmania are currently looking into exercise behaviour and exercise preferences of stroke survivors living at home, with the aim of developing a carer-supported exercise program that can be completed in your own home. It is important we get information from stroke survivors and carers themselves to make sure the developed program is targeting your needs.
The survey may take around 15 minutes to complete. The survey results will be anonymous and completely confidential.
