Summary

Researchers from Monash University are developing a digital tool for use by general practitioners (GPs) to monitor and support people who have experienced a stroke.

This survey will help shape the digital tool which will help GPs monitor, identify, prioritise and support the health needs of survivors of stroke. Your responses will play a vital role in ensuring that the tool can be used to collect essential information required for stroke care.

Eligibility

• Adult aged at least 18 years
• Have had a stroke, or are a family member or carer of a person with stroke
• Able to speak and write in English
• Reside in Australia.

Activity

• Complete an online or paper survey that will take about 25–30 minutes.
• Share your thoughts on the importance and relevance of commonly reported needs after stroke.
