About this group: 

The Penrith Stroke Recovery Club meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

Members from the Club often share their personal goals and experiences with each other. All are welcome at the Penrith Stroke Recovery Club, and we look forward to welcoming you to our Club in the future.

At a Stroke Recovery Club meeting, you will:

• meet with others who have ‘been there’
• share experiences
• learn from educational speakers
• keep up to date with stroke research
• attend social outings
• receive emotional support from other members
• receive invitations to events arranged by the Stroke Recovery Association (SRA)
• receive regular SRA newsletters
• enjoy a cup of tea together!
