Our Stroke Survivors Support Group is all about connection, support, and encouragement. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space for people aged 18–50 who’ve experienced a stroke to come together, share their stories, make new friends, and enjoy some light refreshments. We focus on building confidence, understanding, and community — because no one should go through recovery alone.
