without pushing time frames, I am allowing the rest of the year to recover, use my brain or should i say retrain my brain. I am a mechanic by trade and things look confusing for me at the moment.

wake up in morning, taking my tablets and injections, showering n moving around.
waking and breathing are continual steps of recovery, so is showering and going to the toilet
walk to front of property and check mail at 10am
maintiaining my Diabeties
making sure i maintain personal hygene and help my wife with the washing
slowly making sure I move the right side of the body and exercise daily,
fix push mower to cut house yard
use correct tools to maintain mower
start looking at the vehicle around then pick one to start
check what the vehicles need and require as all primary vehicles
prepare ground for spa
I also have spa and caravan to set goals on for the rest of the year.
