
I want to walk with stamina and stability and without a walker. I want to be able to be in busy places and not feel nauseous when exposed to too much visual stimulus.

eye exercises at therapy and at home
Eye Pushups and moving head when walking
Balance exercises at therapy and at home
Use foam, balance ball, say the word list as do these exercises
Practice both with eyes open and closed
Practice Walking with walker and cane
laps around pool, laps in house with cane
Daily stretching and meditation to reduce anxiety
Use visualization to support the goal and incorporate breathing exercises too!
