Goal:

I want to walk my dog twice daily like I usually o

Time Frame:

1 Month

Best Outcome:

Complete recovery of my walking ability

Steps and Action Plan:

Step 1:
Walk for 5 minutes
- Activity 1:
  Walk the dog in the street to the security gates and bacl
Step 2:
Walk for 10 minutes
- Activity 1:
  Walk one lap of the park
Step 3:
Walk two laps of the park twice a day as I used to, approximately 4klm per day

Hi Diana

I usually walk the dog twice around a 1 klm sports field twice per day, so a total of 4klm per day

So far I have been about to complete 1klm twice per day and a double lap for 2 klm once

So all going well maybe another week or two will see things back to normal and yes the pooch is much happier!
