I want to be more healthier food focused. I want to increase my daily activity on my treadmill from 40 minutes to 60 minutes
3 Months
Some better food choices Not every day but some days I do three times on the treadmill
Do treadmill 2 X daily at present and increase next month
Ensure within 1 month I have commited twice daily minimum
When shopping have list and each week try new recipe / snack
Starting next week one new food that is a snack I make or buy is different and better overall for me
