Walk with a better gate , balance still working on

Some confidence in my recovery from a stroke as I have now passed the first anniversary.
Step exercise two or three times a day , walk exercise the same repetition
Physio warm ups before exercises
Take note of fatigue and do exercises that suit the need, naps if your body tells you.
I do take naps , I fing it reenergizes and heals the body
Take more walks but not exhaustive , work on balance and control fatigue.
Since I am back at teaching , I do more walking indoors, watch my balance ,making sure of excess fatigue.
