Goal:

I would like to get my licence back, so I can at least get to the local shops without walking, or having someone take me. Also hope to get back to work soon.

Time Frame:

3 Months

Best Outcome:

Getting my independence back.

Steps and Action Plan:

• Step 1:

  Getting my psychical ability back and losing the walking cane, and getting my eye sight corrected,

  • Activity 1:

    Weekly rehabilitation and personal trainer

• Step 2:

  Today I was finally able to get my drivers licence back. I was so overwhelmed I cried so much. Looking forward to my first drive tomorrow .
