Goal:

To be active best i can each day, love being independent is my most important goal. Surprisingly passed 6 year anniversary on the 10 th January doing well facing each day head on. With double stints

Time Frame:

No time frame

Best Outcome:

To be able to drive again one day what a feeling that will be. Finally have a medical license to drive in daylight hrs.

Steps and Action Plan:

• Step 1:

  Got eye operation done again at PA still a little double vision after new eye socket replacement

  • Activity 1:

    increase walking if possible

  • Activity 2:

    do not fall over

• Step 2:

  Recoving well from operations

  • Activity 1:

    walking

• Step 3:

  Get Doctors letter to aprove i am well enough to have drivers license back? all done now have 5 year license

  • Activity 1:

    Walking each day to gain fitness

• Step 4:

  Double stint operation earle March 2023 what a difference it makes walking a lot easier now

• Step 5:

  Enjoying each day with good neighbours handy to check up on each other
