Being energetic and feeling youthful. I like to enjoy the adrenalin of kicking and playing football with mates again. Enjoy the sweat and knowing I hard a good exercise doing what I have loved since my childhood.

go to rebel sports during their black friday sale
go the field or beach in the morning and kick the ball. Refresh the muscle memory of kicking.
to strengthen my legs, I will climb up the Fort Largs steps 3 times/day. 5 times a week.
I will start tapping and kicking the ball during the times I do the leg strengthening exercises.
