What an excellent goal. I am an x backpacker but after my stroke find it hard to walk on uneven ground because I had a cerebellum stroke that affects my balance. Good luck with reaching your goal.

5 push ups, 5 sit ups, lift weights 5 times
Walk 4 Km every second day each week for the second month
7 push ups, 7 sit ups, lift weights 7 times
Walk 6 Km every third day each week for the 3, 4 and 5 month
10 push ups, 10 sit ups, lift weights 10 times
Walk 12 Km every third day each week for the 6, 7 and 8 month
15 push ups, 15 sit ups, lift weights 15 times
Walk 16 km every third day each week for the 9, 10 and 11 month
20 push ups, 20 sit ups, lift weights 20 times
