Maintain healthy eating on a daily basis. No added sugar.
Eat good quality healthy food, plenty of veggies and healthy proteins
Be patient with fracture in foot
Remain in boot to 22/4/22
Re-establish outdoor walking program (following 6weeks of no driving after TIA)
Slowly commence walking with puppy. Give her outdoor time.
Gradually increase walking to 3 klm per day
Increase walking to 5 klms per day and commence elliptical training 1 min per day.
