I want to be able to drive to the supermarket on my own and do my grocery shopping independently.

I will be independent and be able to buy what I need to try new recipes.

    Pass OT assessment

  Gain confidence driving again

    Practice short drives and build up over time

  Gain confidence parking a car again

    Practice in empty carparks

• Step 4:

  Be able to walk to and around supermarket

  • Activity 1:

    Practice walking to and around supermarkets

• Step 5:

  Push a trolley or carry a basket with groceries

  • Activity 1:

    Practice when going to supermarket
