I want to be me again and be able to do all the things I used to but after 13 months I realise that isn’t going to happen. So if I can walk 5kms without sitting down will be a good start.

Being fitter and able to walk along a beach or when we go travelling being able to sightsee and keep up with the grandkids.
I can walk 2kms in 30 mins so if I can do it in 20 mins that’s a win for me
