I would like to be able to spend time with my family without getting to tired and overwelmed that I need to rest in bed.

Make a reasonable (not overwelming) to-do list for the day.
Talk to my husband and daughter about what they would like to do.
Talk to my physcholgist and physiologist on what I am capable of on a daily basis.
Make a list of must dos and want to dos and focus on these activities first.
Balance times of work with times of rest.
Set a schedule for activities and downtimes daily based on the planned activites to complete.
Prioritise activities so I have energy at the end of the day.
Understand that the goal is to be present in the evening when my daughter is home.
