I want to be able to drive again.

Time Frame:

3 Months

Best Outcome:

I will be able to carry on with my business and work duties. I won't have to shut down my business. I will be able to drive my kids to school and other activities.

Steps and Action Plan:

• Step 1:

  Move from back of car to front seat

  • Activity 1:

    Remain in front seat at all times

• Step 2:

  Overcome my light sensitivity.

  • Activity 1:

    Purchase light sensitivity glasses and wear them

• Step 3:

  Make a short trip down the street and hopefully around the block

  • Activity 1:

    Daily drive down the street or the block if able

• Step 4:

  Drive my Daughter to school

  • Activity 1:

    Every day drive daughter to school

• Step 5:

  Drive to work

  • Activity 1:

    Drive to work daily
