Hi Malvina, some comments for you.
Basia Kmita
When you look back at every small step you have already taken; think of where you are now. All those little steps are the biggest steps in the end. If you have a passion for something; always work with a teacher/trainer or therapist that has faith in you first & understands your condition & you will be the best you can 🌸

Expect fatigue. Resilience is on your side. I turn 55 soon. My stroke at 46. Sleep all morning sleep all day or just sit on your butt and think.
I let my exercise routine go and am now doing Bootcamp and walking more.
Go Malvina!

Prioritise consistency over intensity. A little and often over killing yourself 3 times a week. Prestroke rules for training often don't apply. I found out the hard way lol. Your fatigue levels will thank you for it. Good luck!

Sounds like she is doing it the right way already.. age is on her side.
Don’t push too hard. Regular rests and stay positive.
I had a Stroke when I was 37 and feared that I would never will be able to play guitar again but after lots of therapy, practice and resting, I was able to play again.
Never give up!
