
I would like to be able to get back into my jogging routine and participate in weekend parkruns.

By the end of this year I would like to have participated at least one 5km parkrun.
Interval training
at least once a week in the winter
2km non-stop working up to 3km non-stop
once the weather gets better
Gradually get up to 5km with a view to getting back up to 6km non-stop
by December
