Goal:

I am now happily working n a office in Mooroolbark. It is a 3 month contract and hopoing for s longer term after that. Wise employment agency helped me to look for employment and are a great.

Time Frame:

6 months

Best Outcome:

It will make me feel happy to be back at work. It would make me feel like life is back to normal and it will be helpful for my family financially

Steps and Action Plan:

• Step 1:

  Be able to physically get around a lot more easier

  • Activity 1:

    Keep doing rehab

  • Activity 2:

    Go swimming

  • Activity 3:

    Go to the gym

• Step 2:

  To find work that is appropriate to fit in with my disability

  • Activity 1:

    Ask for help on websites available like the stroke foundation

  • Activity 2:

    Look for assistance from job sites

• Step 3:

  Where will I be able to find work that also caters for my disability

  • Activity 1:

    Wise employment agency helped me all the way to get to where I want to be

  • Activity 2:

    Job sites

• Step 4:

  Working on a 3 month contract in a office close to home and it may be extended from there
