Young Carers Australia
Carers Australia is the national peak body representing Australia's 2.6 million carers. Young carers are children or young people up to 25 years of age, who help care in families where someone has an illness, a disability, a mental health issue or who has an alcohol or other drug problem.
VIC Carer card
The program has a wide range of discounts and benefits on offer from businesses, the local government and community organisations. Cardholders are also entitled to free travel on public transport on a Sunday plus two return off-peak travel vouchers each year.
Qld Carer Business Discount Card
The Queensland Government's Carer Business Discount Card recognises and supports carers, including approved foster and kinship carers, by providing discounts on goods and services at participating businesses throughout Queensland. (Opens in a new window)
NT Pensioner and Carer Concession

Kids Helpline

Companion Card
The Companion Card is issued to people with a significant, permanent disability, who can demonstrate that they are unable to access most community activities and venues without attendant care support.
Carers Australia
Carers Australia is the national peak body representing Australia’s carers, advocating on behalf of Australia’s carers to influence policies and services at a national level. It works collaboratively with partners and its member organisations, the network of state and territory Carers Associations, to deliver a range of essential national carer services.
