Many of you are aware by now that I am now \{because of my stroke\} fixated and dedicated to my ongoing rehab even after almost 6 years—as I have said previously, we Stroke Survivors are in it “for the long haul”

So today as it is grey and drizzly, I thought I would do some more calculations and here is my updated Rehab tape with the inclusion of several key milestones- which are bringing me back to a sense of Post Stroke normality.
